Refund Policy
Refund & Cancellation
Policy
At Imay, we work hard to ensure our customers are satisfied with our platform and services. However, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund or cancellation is required. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled for Imay subscribers in India.
1. Subscription & Payments
- All payments made for Imay subscriptions are non-transferable.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance (monthly or annually) depending on your chosen plan.
2. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to Imay until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No automatic refunds will be issued for cancellations made mid-cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Incorrect billing where the amount charged is different from the selected plan.
- Service downtime exceeding 72 continuous hours, directly caused by Imay's system failure.
4. Refundable Cases
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of your cancellation request.
- Partial usage of subscription period.
- Failure to use Imay services due to user's own technical limitations (e.g., poor internet).
No hidden terms. Just honest solutions.
Imay is built to simplify, and that extends to how we treat refunds. Straightforward, transparent, and fair—always.
5. Processing Refunds
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after verification.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method only.
